Taos Integrated School for the Arts
Taos Integrated School for the Arts (TISA) is a public K-8 charter school that the Doel Reed Center partners with to provide community educational outreach. DRC hosted a four day workshop at the center in June 2021 to introduce about fifteen TISA students to the art of printmaking. The students and TISA instructors were very excited to use the studio's printmaking equipment and learn other techniques for producing art. More workshops are scheduled in the near future to expose the young art students to additional techniques not easily taught in a typical classroom environment.
The OSU Doel Reed Center in Taos remains committed to providing educational outreach opportunities to the Taos community.
