Taos Integrated School for the Arts (TISA)

The Doel Reed Center in Taos continued its community educational outreach with two workshops for young art students from the Taos Integrated School for the Arts.
The students created works of art under the watchful eye of their TISA art instructors and a graduate printing fellow and printing intern from Oklahoma State University. They learned linocut, collagraph and screen printing techniques.
Dr. Carol Moder, Director of the Doel Reed Center in Taos stated, “It’s wonderful that our center can participate in the grooming of these young and very gifted art students from the Taos community.”
The students' work will be on display at the Taos Art Museum at Fechin House for public viewing later this year.
